NCLEX LINGO: CLIENT AGREEMENT & TERMS
This Agreement establishes the terms of the client relationship between NCLEX Lingo and you, the client.
You will have already received from NCLEX Lingo confirmation of the NCLEX Lingo Program that you are registered in, the Program Start Date (being the first date of teaching pursuant to the Program) and the Program Amount (being the cost of the Program).
FEE & PAYMENT
EVENT:
To secure your placement in A 2 DAY EVENT, NCLEX Lingo requires payment of 100% of the EVENT. No latter than 48hrs prior to the event. If no deposit is taken, the full amount (100%) of the course is due at the time of the event, plus a 10% administration fee.
If you do not make the full amount by the EVENT Start Date, NCLEX Lingo reserves the right to unregister you from the Program and retain the first payment as liquidated damages for all costs incurred by LifeSkills in preparing for your attendance and participation in the Program.
ONLINE COURSE:
Online course purchases are non-refundable and require 100% payment upfront to access course and materials.
TUTORING:
Private tutoring is paid per session or per week of tutoring.
CANCELLATION & LAST-MINUTE CHANGES
We respect your time and punctuality and expect this to be reciprocated. Therefore, a same day cancellation will be subject to a full charge of the session booked that day. We understand that life does occur and sometimes there are unexpected changes, illness and emergencies. Under these circumstances last minute cancellation(s) will not be subject to charges.
REFUND POLICY
NCLEX Lingo does not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NCLEX Lingo does not guarantee, as a result of the Program, a passing grade on any test or examination that you may take subsequent to your enrolment in any NCLEX Lingo Program. You understand and accept that your results on any such test or examination are solely your responsibility.
In the event of any dispute arising pursuant to this Agreement, or any other aspect arising out of your relationship with NCLEX Lingo, you hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Florida (the Unites States) and agree that the laws of the state of Florida, (United States) shall govern any such dispute.
Furthermore, I understand that NCLEX Lingo utilizes a client management software. I understand NCLEX Lingo adheres to a very strict privacy policy that protects my information. The vendors selected also adhere to strict privacy policies that align with NCLEX Lingo.
I further acknowledge that if I decide to write the NCLEX prior to NCLEX Lingo’s recommendations the company will not include the potential fail result within their statistics and marketing.
Lastly, I acknowledge the material provided, workbooks, are the property of NCLEX Lingo and are not to be reproduced or distributed. They are for my personal study use during and after the sessions.
